Ask anyone who attended the Wrestling Alumni Reunion and they will tell you it was a blast from the past! Lots of reminiscing, that's for sure. Wrestlers that signed the guestbook were Lindy Johnson, Dan Klinkner, Jeff and Jackie Scholten, Eric Zinck, Bill and Karen Gleason, Jesse Sterr, Randy Kolberg, Jerry Halvorson, Brian Keller, Walter Perkins, Harry Larsen, Gee Pope, Tom Peissig, Brian Ploszay, Bruce Rivard, Pat and Doreen Mrotek and Jeff Lindberg. Please, let me know whose names I've left out!
We had a group throwing candy from the Bo's float in the parade, Diana and Betsy, Jesse, Jeff, Dan, Lindy and Jerry; the crowd loved us. We sat in the stands at the game together and got some attention. (Please tell me, who was the 2001 wrestler with us at the game?) The Falcons won their homecoming. It was warm out and some of us were sunburned. Then we were down to Bo's for a reception. It was great to see old faces arriving. Lots of laughter and remember whens...
The concensus was to have another, even bigger reunion in September 2011, so mark your calendars.
